Sandi specializes in Delaware’s only private gated Jack Nicklaus signature golf community The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay and the Lewes Delaware community of Breakwater.

Christine Strauss has a new website www.ChristineStrauss.com which was released earlier today. Christine specializes in luxury home sales in the communities of Henlopen Acres, Kings Creek Country Club, the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club as well as all of North Rehoboth.

Barrows & Associates have a new website located at www.LoveDEBeachLife.com featuring high end luxury properties in Bethany Beach Delaware.

It’s been a few month since the end of the contest and I’m just trying to get a little link juice pointed to my good friend Paul and his new real estate website Resideindelaware.com

Just a week after the GREAitW contest was over a funny thing happened. This site which usually had rankings back on page 7 and 8 of Google suddenly jumped up to page one.  I can understand jumping up a page or two in rank after the competition but from page seven to page one in less than 5 days? An awfully large number of people must have pulled all their links off their sites overnight for this to have happened, either that or their was a Google update and G decided it really liked this site?

This site is still floating around page 8 - 10. I guess it’s time to stir up the pot a bit more and go looking for some additional link Love. Hey! Someones even got an adwords account for the competition. I wonder who that could be??? Does that put them in the #1 position?

It’s been over a week since my last update. I guess everyday life has become more important than this silly contest. It’s difficult to stay pumped for a competition with no real prize (for myself) other than bragging rights. I realize the prize is worth a good deal of money but as the owner of a blossoming real estate website development company myself I have little use for a template site. No disrespect at all to Morgan, his sites kick ass and he knows a hell of a lot more than I do about SEO. I just like the challenge of designing and creating my own. My new sites will not be sold to the general public but will be shared with  members of my soon to be nationwide brokerage;) No matter what the outcome, I have learned a good deal from creating and promoting this site.  I took a new domain name and hosting and had it indexed by Google in three days and within a week I was showing up on the first page of Google for certain keywords, unfortunately not the one we are shooting for. I have however seen this site go from page 18, to page 11, and now it’s on page 8. With almost two months to go I may still achieve my goal of being somewhere on page two or three for the term Greatest Real Estate Agent in the World.  Enough of my rambling, with almost a week since my last post we do have some movement on page 1. The result of his hard work is the GREAitW Firefox Extension

Click to install this extension, restart your browser and you will notice a GREAitW link in the lower right hand corner of your browser. Now when you wish to view the contest results all you have to do is click the GREAitW button!
On some computers you may have to specify “Open with Firefox.exe” and click “OK”

Which will bring you to the following Screen:

Click “Install Now” You will have to restart your browser to see the new extension.

Nothing fancy looking - just a GREAitW time saving tool to view Google results.
